Kangaroo is ranked the Top 500 largest private enterprises in Vietnam
Affirming the position as the number 1 of household goods in Vietnam with its steady progress in the market, Kangaroo was officially honored in the Top 500 largest private enterprises in Vietnam 2017.
The VNR500 ranking, top 500 largest enterprises in Vietnam is voted based on the independent and scientific research of Vietnam Report Joint Stock Company according to criteria such as: financial capacity showed in the audited financial statements of the latest year; prestige of enterprise in the media, etc. This is the 11th consecutive year VNR500 ranking was announced to honor the largest enterprises in Vietnam which achieved remarkable achievements in production and business.

With its positive contribution to the development of the economy as well as the social life, Kangaroo Group has made a lot of proud achievements. Only in 2017, Kangaroo introduced two research works that were successfully applied to products, namely, the Hydrogen Water Purifier in Vietnam, leading the revolution 4.0 in Vietnam with IoT Water Heater. Previously, many Kangaroo solutions such as antimicrobial equipment, RO filtering technology to move arsenic and amoeba, etc. were also highly appropriated by the community.
Kangaroo has also step by step successfully conquered the Southeast Asian market with 5 foreign branches, more than 40,000 retail outlets in the whole system, and the serious and methodical investment in applied research with 2 research centers of Kangaroo Research and Application Institute.
Targeted to 2020, Kangaroo will officially become the number 1 Southeast Asian Group in terms of sales and profits in the household goods sector, as Kangaroo Group General Director shared: “The US has Apple, Japan has Honda, Korea has Samsung, and Vietnam will have Kangaroo?”. Kangaroo does not only stop in providing only utility products for life, but also aims to produce the leading products in technology, quality and good for the health of consumers.

According to the Organizing Board, in 2007, the first year of announcing VNR500 ranking, private enterprises accounted for only 20% in the whole ranking, so far, after 10 years, private enterprises increased nearly 2.5 times, accounted for 50% of all ranked enterprises. This year, the ranking honored big names such as Vingroup, Samsung, Truong Hai, Kangaroo, Vinamilk, Traphaco, etc.
