Kangaroo brings clean water to the people of Chuong My flood zone, Hanoi
After the erosion of Bui Dyke 2 causing severe flooding for many days, the people of Chuong My district faced with severe water shortages. On October 16th, Kangaroo Group timely brought 1,000 clean water tanks to the people in the flooded zone.

In the center region of the flood in Tan Tien and Nam Phuong Tien communes where have been isolated for many days, the biggest difficulty of the people is clean water for daily activities. Shearing with such difficulty, Kangaroo Group timely brought 1,000 clean water tanks to the households here.
Clean water is transported to the people
Glad to have clean water after many days of shortage, Mr. Nguyen Viet Dong in Tan Tien commune shared “In the flood days, houses were submerged in a large area, as the flood recedes, it left mud and soil, wells and reservoirs were so polluted that cannot use. Over the last few days, we settled flooded water to boil for drinking but its smell was very unpleasant. Now, we have Kangaroo’s clean water, we are very happy and feel secure, our life is also less difficult.”
In addition to the emergency supply of clean water for the people, Kangaroo also announced to provide price subsidy for households in Tan Tien, Nam Phuong Tien, Hoang Van Thu and Tot Dong communes, Chuong My district when they purchase Kangaroo water purifier with a level of 30%.
