The year 2018 marked a milestone in the development of Kangaroo. Over 15 years, Kangaroo has had many great contributions to society, maintained the top position as a domestic equipment manufacturer in Vietnam. This company is now moving forward to the foreign market.

Talk about the reason of choosing water purifier as the “heart” of business from the beginning, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phuong, CEO of Kangaroo group shared that he had been born and raised near Nhue river, when he had been a child, he had saw his mother bought sand to filter water and used her hand to fish out scum from water every day and most of people living around him had had bowel problems. His childhood obsessions led to the establishment and development of Kangaroo.
Starting from a desire to bring clean water to the community, Kangaroo has experienced a journey associated the development and changes of society. In the early 2000s, water purifier was a “strange” and expensive product and the whole society was not aware of its importance yet. However, the development of society associated the pollution, so the need for a source of clean water gradually became imperative. The consistency in choosing the main product connecting with social value has brought a sustainable success. Kangaroo has been proud of creating a new habit in using clean water to ensure people’s health.
Kangaroo hydrogen water purifier opened up the first healthy water era in Viet Nam
In 2011, Kangaroo created a strong impression, became a classical case study of marketing in practical applications and in the lecture halls and broke through the foundation that had been firmly established. The average growth rate of 200% per year has proved that Kangaroo has chosen a daring but correct way.
From only one main product, up to now, Kangaroo has created a system of more than 700 product models, 5 categories with more than 2,000 employees and a network of more than 40,000 outlets. Investment for the future
According to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phuong, the first 10 years in the development of Kangaroo were for accumulation, the next 5 years were for investment and the next phase will be the breakthrough to finish. The big goals of Kangaroo are not easy, that are healthy products that meet the needs of nearly 700 million people in Southeast Asia or applying the latest technology in products or creating its own products, etc. And with Kangaroo, that is the only way for a constant rule: “Only the pioneer can take the lead”.
Kangaroo Institute of Research and Application aims to provide high-tech products
To achieve these goals, Kangaroo has methodically and comprehensively implemented steps of investment. Kangaroo Institute of Research and application was established in 2014 to research and apply science to production. By this institute, many exclusive patents have been granted to Kangaroo and put into production to continue creating new values for society. The hydrogen water purifier is designed to provide a healthy source of water for the 700 million people in Southeast Asian.
Application technology is the second investment category of Kangaroo. Catching tastes, technology and applying technology to serve human life is the foundation of Kangaroo Tech.
