Easy cleaning

You can clean each part of the Kangaroo KG5P3 electric pressure cooker easily as instructed below:

Wash the drain valve (take the pressure valve out to clean it)

Remove the lid and wipe the steam vent with a towel

Turn the “handle” to the position and press the “Open Button” to open the lid; Pull the “Anti-lock button” in the center of the lid and check that the drain valve is blocked or not. If the valve is blocked, clean the drainage hole with water or with a brush.

Clean the gasket

After use, remove gaskets and wash away stains and stagnant water, wipe with a clean towel (can use some cleaning water to clean).

After washing, place the gasket in the correct position.

Wash the cooking pot

Cookers should be cleaned with warm water or a mixture of warm water and detergent to prevent damage to the pot. Do not scrub or force the pot, do not put the spoon or tableware in the pot, do not rub pot with strong detergent, iron or plastic brush to avoid scratching.

Note: Gently wash the pot and avoid deforming the pot by force.

Wash the electric tray

Rice or other ingredients can be stuck into the trays and can be cleaned with a dry cloth.

Note: Do not attack the tray with hard objects

Wash the water tray and pot body

Take the water tray out of the body of the pot, after washing with water, put in the original position by pressing lightly, perpendicular to the body of the pot.
