1. Working principle

The motor will directly control the gear shaft of the piston pump. The inclined camshaft will change the movement of the gear shaft into a reciprocating movement. As the piston moves backwards, the drain valve closes and forms a vacuum. And the water-absorbing valve opens, the water goes into the cylinder; when the piston moves forward, the water-absorbing valve closes and the water pressure in the cylinder increases. When the drain valve opens, high pressure water is transferred to the flexible pipe.

2. Structural features

• When the single phase motor is selected to directly control the 3- cylinder axial piston pump by gears, the washer will have small, nice structure and high reliability when operating.
• When the washer is lightly, we can easily move it.
• The pump of this washer has an automatic reduction function. When the starter of the spray gun is closed, the relief valve opens and the water flows back to the suction side of the pump so that the washer has the advantage of less water and electrical consumption.
• Machine oil No. 32 and high temperature lubricant are used for the pump.
