Ingredients: 3 carrots, 1 orange, 100ml coconut cream, salt, pepper, seasons

Steps:

• Carrot: clean, peel, scrape
• Orange: pressed for juice
• Add orange juice, scraped carrot, coconut cream in the pot, add some warm water then boil
• Add seasons and boil for 30’. Use chopsticks to stir well. When the soup is cooked, turn off the cooker.
