Warranty coverage
1. Warranty Period:
All KANGAROO products distributed by KANGAROO Corporation will be warranted for the period specified in the warranty card.
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase based on the warranty and/or warranty stamp. Or 18 months from the date of manufacture listed on the product.
2. Warranty conditions:
Products will be covered if the following conditions are met:
a. The product is in warranty period
b. Warranty leaflet full of information: model, serial number, date of manufacture, customer name, telephone number, address, purchase date ….
Warranty stamp must be intact, not torn, erased.
c. Damage due to component quality or manufacturing process error.
d. The product is not covered by the warranty.
3. Disclaimer of Warranty:
Products subject to one of the following conditions will be rejected warranty
a. Products without stamps, warranty card in the first warranty
b. Products damaged due to natural calamities, fires, floods, lightning, rust. …

h. Product warranty is expired.
